Decision support on the pitch and in the clinic
Three projects share one backbone: structured input, rule-based assessment, physician-approved output. There is no chatbot; behind every signal stands a visible rationale and a source.
Shared principle
It signals; it does not diagnose
Flagship project
SahaIQ — injury-risk foresight in football
Injury-risk foresight and squad-readiness analysis for football clubs. It gives the technical staff a ready / monitor / at-risk signal for each player and a rotation recommendation for the squad. The method is shared in dedicated demonstrations under a confidentiality agreement.
Per-player signal
A rotation recommendation for the whole squad; every output passes physician review. Dedicated demonstrations for organizations under a confidentiality agreement.
Rehabilitation
RehabFlow — phase-window decision support
A decision-support engine that follows post-operative rehabilitation with phase-gate logic. The first module is ACL return to sport: structured test inputs become a "ready / not yet / further testing" signal with rationale and source attribution. The same engine will carry hamstring, ankle, Achilles and shoulder-instability modules.
Phase-gate logic
Knowledge layer
Clinical Claim Registry — machine-readable clinical knowledge
A physician-approved, machine-readable layer of sports-medicine claims. Every claim is tied to its DOI source, passes an eight-gate verification chain and is anchored inside the articles; AI assistants can cite this site directly.
